KITCHEN SEVAS:
Veggie chopping, food moving (from kitchen to dining room),
clean-up and pot washing. |
SNACK SHOPS:
Indian & Western: Help sell & stock snack shop, communicate
with cooks. |
DINING ROOM SEVAS:
Meals: set up, serving, cashier, and clean up.
Evening programs: overflow set-up and clean up.

SHUTTLING and CARPOOLING:
Drivers with cars or minivans are needed to shuttle people
to and from the program sites. Valid driver’s license
required. Must be at least 21 years old with good driving
record. It helps to be familiar with the area you are
driving in. |
PARKING:
Various tour locations. Full-time & part-time volunteers,
a.m. & p.m. shifts. |
BATHROOM CLEANING:
Stock toilet paper and paper towels. Clean sink areas
and monitor for plumbing problems. |
* HALL:
Darshan line positions: assisting devotees into the darshan
line
Greeters: greeting people as they arrive at the hall.
Hall cleaning before and after each program. |
* DEVI BHAVA:
Atma Puja seating: Help with seating and distribution
of water for Puja |
* FLOWER SHOP:
At the flower table in the hall, arrange for petaling,
fetching flowers from darshan area. |
* BOOKSTORE SECURITY:
Watching out for merchandise in the bookstore.

* HALL SEVA DESK:
Directing volunteers to areas where help is needed.

* It is requested that in order to do a seva shift
in the hall, each devotee do a 2 hour seva shift outside
the hall first. |
