GETTING HERE
TWITTER TEXT UPDATES

You can get important updates in real time during Amma's San Ramon programs as text messages on your cell phone. Set up your phone on Twitter, then choose to get M.A. Center's tweets in your text messages. The M. A. Center tweets will be essential information only (parking changes, new schedule information, etc.). Your phone plan's charges will apply.
How to get M. A. Center's Twitter text updates

1. Create an account at www.twitter.com
2. Add your cell phone number to your Twitter account
   • Under Settings/Mobile, add your cell phone number
   • Verify that your phone number was saved
   • Go to your account Home page
   • Go back to Settings/Mobile; you should see your phone number
   • For Device Updates, select ON
   • Click Save
3. Follow MAcenter
   • Click Find People at top right of the home page
   • Type "MAcenter" in the Search field and click the Search button
   • When the MAcenter page appears, click Follow
4. Set Twitter to send you MAcenter text message tweets
   • From your Home page, click Following
   • Under the settings for MAcenter, click the cell phone icon. The icon should turn green.
