Spring Cleaning Seva Day & International Day of Yoga
Details: Join us for a whole day of seva (selfless service), in preparation for Amma's Toronto program. Volunteers can drop in and help for any length of time. A delicious lunch will be provided. A gentle yoga class will be offered from 2:00-2:45 PM in honour of the International Day of Yoga, followed by Amma's Ashtottaram (108 names of Amma), and closing prayers.
