About Us

MA Center Chicago

MA Center Chicago is in Elburn, Illinois, a far west suburb of Chicago. The Center is situated on more than 140 serene acres and serves as a hub of charitable, educational, and spiritual activities in the Midwest for Embracing the World, the collective of charitable and humanitarian initiatives inspired by Amma. MA Center Chicago regularly conducts spiritual programs including spiritual discourses, scriptural classes, meditation sessions, and selfless service projects.

As part of Amma’s annual North American tour, Amma holds free public programs onsite at MA Center Chicago in June. If you attend one of Amma’s free programs, you will notice that the people present come from all religions and all walks of life. Some have been on the spiritual path for decades; others have never picked up a spiritual book in their lives. Some come because they are suffering mentally, physically, or materially, and they hope Amma can help them. Some are simply curious. Regardless of people’s different backgrounds or cultures, the experiences people have at Amma’s programs reveal how similar we all are – how we all wish to experience divine love.

MA Center Chicago is approximately 45 minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, about an hour from Chicago Midway International Airport, and just minutes from the La Fox and Elburn Metra train stations.
